Vacation Fun

My furry brothers, sister, and I are having a great time at the beach. Nanuq and I are taking long walks on the beach with Mom and Dad. Macy and Trouble visited the ocean, but spend most of their time at the beach house. Macy and Trouble are older and can't go as far as Nanuq and I.

Mom and I sniffed out a couple of new pieces of sea glass. Dad has found a few beautiful shells. Mostly, we are all taking this time to rest, relax, and enjoy the beauty around us.

Did U Miss It?

For any of you who missed mom talking about me on blog radio, I have added a link with Ms. Mary's help. She knows my paws are too big to get some of the techy stuff attached. Thank you, Ms. Mary for helping me! Ms. Mary says, "All you have to do is click on the link below."

Mom was interviewed about me.

Beach Bound

Watch out beach....here we come!

Sorry, I have not posted in the last few days. There has been a lot going on at our house. Actually, there has been so much going on Mom has not packed for our trip, yet. She really needs to get with it. It would be terrible if she forgot something important, like our dog food. I hear there are "no" doggie stores to buy organic dog food where we are going. Yes, I am a bit spoiled. Mom says, "the dogs eat better than we do."

We will leave on Saturday morning, ready or not. I am thankful GOD has given our family the opportunity to visit the coast of North Carolina. We are going to take Mom, Dad, and our human brother Wil on lots of beach walks. They need the exercise and so do we.

If you would like to know a little more about what has been going on, check out Mom's blog, Arise 2 Write.

Happy Monday!

Each day is special at our house. My furry brothers, sister, and I are thankful our parents and human siblings love us and make our days special. We get to live inside and play outside. We eat organic dog food and we get to go places with our parents.

We overheard our parents talking about their anniversary week. They always go to the beach in February to celebrate their anniversary. Guess what: This year they are taking all of us furry kids and our youngest human brother who still lives at home. They are renting a home with a fenced yard on a N. C. Beach. We are excited. I hear we get to leave this coming Saturday, February 20th.

We hope you guys have a wonderful week full of furry hugs and love.

More Snow Fun

I could not believe it when I woke up, this morning. We recieved another inch of Snow. I heard mom and dad say we are likely to receive more on Monday or Tuesday. WOWEEEE! This is the best winter in my furry life. Living in Virginia, we have not received a lot of snow since my birth. Boy has GOD made up for it this year. I am one extremely "thankful" furry creature.

Prolific Blogger Award

Two of my human blogging friends have given me the Prolific Blogger Award. Thank you from the bottom of my furry heart!!

Cheri @ Glass House Ministries
Jackie @ Fresh Oil Today

Please visit both of these wonderful ladies. They are special to both mom and I.

There are lots of rules with many of these awards, but I don't always follow human rules. You can ask my mom! In this case, I am abandoning the rules. I am passing this award to each of my followers. Each of you are special. You must write well, otherwise you would not have a furry follower.

Take this award and post it proudly on your blogs!

Waiting On Snow

Today, Nanuq and I are waiting on our third snow storm. We are excited. Mom and Dad are praying our power does NOT go out. Nanuq and I have assured them we will keep them warm. Trouble and Macy are praying the snow goes around our house. They are both old and short in stature. Mom bought them very nice and warm winter coats, but they still do not like the snow. Dad even digs a path for the little guys, but they still look at our parents like they are crazy when they take us out. Nanuq and I even do our part plowing the snow around.

*Please remember to bring your pets inside and take extra care of them during the cold. Only the Nordic breeds are able to withstand the freezing temperatures.

Enough is Enough

Hi, my name is Trouble! I am writing for Sitka, today. Sitka and Nanuq are having a blast in the snow. We received about 10-12 inches last weekend and some sleet last night. We are expecting more snow this coming weekend.

Sitka and Nanuq would love for the snow to keep coming. I've had enough of the fluffy stuff. As you can see from this picture mom took in warmer weather, I am quite little. I do not have the furry coat my big furry brothers are blessed with.

Enough is enough. No more snow, please! Sitka and Nanuq have played enough. They need to get back to work and I need to get back to my retirement. I am snuggling close to mom and hope I do not have to go back out anytime soon.

Shivering,

Trouble (sitka's older toy poodle brother)
