Let It Snow

Last week, God answered Mom's prayers and mine, too! Mom and I "love" snow. We prayed for weeks for a blizzard. We did not get a "real" blizzard, but we received 10 inches of beautiful, fluffy snow. I love to run and jump in the snow and Mom finds great joy in watching me play.

We have remnant patches of snow around, but most of it is gone. Mom and I hope and pray we will get more. The song in our heart these days is: "Let It Snow...Let It Snow...Let It Snow."

We are praying each of you had a wonderfully blessed Christmas and will find great joy and blessings in the new year!

Woofs and Wags,

Sitka

You should come over here, we have lots of snow for you to play in. I too love a good blizzard, however this is the 2nd time so far this season we've been snowed in and I'm afraid it may not be the last.

Jake, boarder collie/lab mix loves playing in the snow. I have to clean out the little snowballs from his paws when he comes in :)

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

Dear Sitka and Andrea, just popping by to wish you all the best in 2010, and glad you got your wish for some snow. The picture of Sitka dashing through the snow is just awesome!! Looks like Alaska!! I will be back on a regular basis after Jan. 5, when I return to Alaska. Meanwhile, mom continues to heal and recover in the rehab facility and it has been very nice to be home for the holidays. There was a very very large therapy dog who came to visit, a Dobie named Shazaam. Very gentle and sweet. I did get a few pics of Shazaam to share when I return to the blogs. Thinking of you and all my blogger buddies xoxo
