The first creation of blogging with my furry friends. We want you to know how much GOD loves you and how very special you are to HIM! We look foward to many days of blogging with you.

New Animal Friends

Mom recently visited Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, Richmond, Virginia. She came home and told me about her new animal friends. I must admit I was initially a bit jealous. She kept talking about the beauty God had displayed on each of them. She went on and on.

After Mom shared pictures of her new animal friends, I realized they could never take my place. They may be beautiful, but how could she snuggle with them or take them to therapy in the hospitals?

Mom reminded me that GOD has a special plan for each of us. We are all uniquely created for a different purpose. I was created to be a big furry dog who loves and encourages others. Each of the butterflies were created for a different kind of encouragement. Certainly, Mom's spirits were lifted after her visit.

I am thankful for each part of GOD's beautiful creation!

Woofs and Wags,

Andrea

Beautiful flitter bys! That is what I call them and I love when they stop by my garden for a visit.

Beautiful photos. I love All God's Creatures but Sitka, you are one of the best. No one gives woofs and wags like you do. :)

Beautiful pics! You might not fly like butterflies do, but you make others feel like they're in Cloud 9 when you visit them Sitka. Hope your knee feels a lot better!

Andrea - Your dogs are beautiful. One day soon I will write a post about our little friend, Reese. She is a toy poodle and give me a lot of love, although, she really loves my husband more. It is so cute to watch them interact, almost like a father and daughter.

Thank you for visiting my blog. There were 5 comments on my current post which is the most I have ever had. Just as I was beginning to think that maybe blogging wasn't what God intended for me to be doing since my disability, things are beginning to pick up and I feel like I may be doing some good.

Your kind words were a real encouragement to me.

Thank you and God Bless,
Mimmy

P.S. One of these days I would like to pick your mind about facebook. I'm new there also and am having trouble doing anything except read my wall and check my e-mail.

I just found this blog. Very nice. I am a feral cat rescuer and tamer, so the photos, concepts, and "author" touched me.

Woof Woof Sitka-don't be jealous. I saw beautiful flutterbies on grandma's butterfly bush outside her kitchen window yesterday. I asked Mommy to take pictures if we saw them again today. Don't be jealous...your Mommy loves you more. Just enjoy the beauty. Your friend, Kelby
