Enjoying The View

Last Friday, mom and dad took Trouble and I to the mountains. We followed Skyline Drive through Shenandoah National Park stopping at our favorite places. Trouble and I enjoyed the view all along the way.

We love traveling with our humans and visiting with other humans along the way! The leaves were just beginning to turn. I'm sure they are full of color this week. I wonder if Trouble and I could convince our parents to take us back before all the beautiful leaves fall off the trees!?!

We are adjusting to the change in "The Perdue Zoo." We desperately miss our furry brother, Nanuq, but we are thankful he is no longer suffering. Thank you to everyone for your prayers, love, and encouragement.

Happy Fall!

Woofs and Wags,
Sitka

Hi Andrea, So very thankful you were able to get out for a wonderful ride; nothing like His creation to renew a spirit. I know that you'll be missing your boy for awhile but hopefully the sweet memories will replace the pain. I haven't see your poodle here before-it he visiting or did I just miss him in the past. Sending warm hugs to you today.
Hugs, Noreen

Norreen: Trouble is actually the oldest member of the perdue zoo. He was with Doug and I when we went to get sitka as a baby. Someone threw him out under our mail box when he was a baby:( So, he is a rescue, too! He is going blind and becoming a little feeble, but he's pretty sure he can still keep up with Sitka:) Sitka adores him. You should see me walking them together. We definitely turn heads. Sitka will have to look for a picture of us all walking together to share with you guys! Thanks so much for your continued prayers and encouragement! Hugs, andrea
